Lithuania: orange-tipped bollards, diagonal distance signs, chevrons with borders
Latvia: borderless chevrons, distance signs parallel to the road, abundant “ī” on signage
Estonia: speed-limit signs without borders

All three are small countries.

Omniva (Estonian Post / Eesti Post) orange lockers appear across the region, especially in Estonia.
