Because it was once a British protectorate, road signs look similar to the UK. You do not see signs that often in cities.

Google Cars are distinctive and come in several types. You may see the roof , a black part called a snorkel (vehicle snorkel) , or the side mirrors . Some are black . In rare cases the Google car is not visible , so watch out.
